This gorgeous new Galadriel design brings together our love of the Art Nouveau movement and our passion for The Lord of the Rings in one stunning wrap.
The Lady of Lothlórien is an important addition to our growing Middle-Earth Collection, as one of the Guardians of the Golden Wood she is an integral part of the lore of Middle-earth.
Our design team worked over several months to combine the look and feel of Oscha with the histories of this world, the wraps they have created are a perfect melding of the mythical world of The Lord of the Rings and Oscha’s unique artistic outlook.
“I sang of leaves, of leaves of gold, and leaves of gold there grew”
This gorgeous regal magenta and ecru colourway is named for the highest of the Ainur, angel-like spirits, created by Eru to give order to the world and to combat evil. Valar brought the Elves of the Light from Middle-earth to Valinor where they were taught by the Ainur. Later some of these Elves, including Galadriel returned to Middle-earth and remained into the Third Age.
Galadriel was one of the greatest of the Eldar in Middle-earth; surpassing nearly all others in beauty, knowledge, and power. The books describe her as one of the mightiest and fairest of all the Elves in Middle Earth.
We see the lady Galadriel gazing into her Mirror on this gorgeous wrap.
“Things that were, and things that are, and things that yet may be.”
The Lady of Lothlórien is wise, noble and powerful. She is at one with her surroundings we can see the leaves of the Mallorn trees and the Elanor flowers flowing into her elegant robes:
