Named after the beach in St Andrews Scotland, this vegan fabric is woven on a gorgeous BCI organic cotton fade that depicts the stunning colours of the shoreline, from sandy tones to sky blues. The majestic galloping horses emerging through clouds of rolling manes are picked out in a blended bamboo viscose, hemp and linen yarn in white.

The mythical kelpie is said to be a supernatural water horse that haunted Scotland’s lochs and lonely rivers. We like to think that the kelpies in this design represent protection of Scottish mythical creatures and cultural design. Read more about the Kelpies design on our blog.

This is a blended yarn that offers all the benefits of 3 of our favourite fabrics – Eco-friendly linen and hemp yarns give this easy care fabric wonderful support and durability, while bamboo viscose adds softness and subtle shimmer.

This fabric is also woven with BCI organic cotton, by using BCI cotton we ensure that our cotton meets the Better Cotton Initiative’s high standards of environmental, economic and social responsibility. Our BCI cotton is also organic, meaning it is grown with care and without chemicals keeping the land, and farmers, healthy.
