Brexit Information & Updates

Update: We are experiencing some shipping delays due to Brexit. We are closely monitoring the situation and are in contact with our shipping providers. If you have any questions about your order, please send us an email to [email protected]

Following Brexit (on the 1st of January 2021), we have removed UK VAT for all EU customers on our website. We expect EU customers to receive import VAT (tax) charged by their government and an admin fee charged by the courier upon the delivery of their order. You should be able to find information on your country’s VAT rate on your government website to help you know what fee to expect. You will be notified of this charge via the courier when the package has arrived at the destination country.

Going forward, it is our intention to collaborate with our couriers in building a facility on our website to have the import VAT & admin fees covered at the point of sale, meaning there will be no unexpected charges for you when buying from Oscha and it is our understanding that the admin fees will be reduced with this update.

If you are concerned about the amount you have been billed or if you see ‘customs duty’ in addition to ‘import VAT’ on your bill then please contact your local FedEx or DHL office. The deal agreed between the UK and the EU states that customers are not eligible to pay ‘customs duty’ on items manufactured and shipped from the UK to the EU. You can find the contact information on your bill and request them to amend the amount before you pay.

Refusing Your Delivery

Purchases made before the 11th of January – You may refuse your delivery at your own risk, once the item is returned to us we will issue a full refund including all shipping costs.


Purchases made from the 11th of January – From the 11th of January we made it clear on the checkout page on the website that you may be liable for import VAT and an admin fee. However, if you wish you may refuse your delivery at your own risk, once the item is returned to us we will issue a refund (minus the outward postage costs if you do not live in the UK). Refusal of a delivery will be subject to a restocking charge which covers the cost of return, please contact us on [email protected] for further details.


Free Worldwide Tracked Shipping

Oscha offers free worldwide tracked shipping on all orders over £150 (or equivalent in supported currencies). A choice of paid-for priority carrier may be offered if available for your region.

We subsidised our shipping rates to all countries (for orders under £150) in order to give you the best value. Where possible we offer both standard and priority options. 

We aim to ship your order within 3 working days, your order will always be sent using a tracked service. Your tracking number will be issued with your dispatch notice. 

We work with a number of mail service providers including Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD and DHL.

Your Oscha package will be shipped from the UK with the retail price declared on the package, your customs fees will depend on the country of delivery. We have removed UK VAT (tax) for all EU customers. EU customers will now pay import VAT (tax) charged by their government and an admin fee upon the delivery of their order. Customers in the US will not be charged customs as long as their order comes to under $800.

We reserve the right to change shipping courier at any time and without notice to ensure that delivery of your order goes smoothly and arrives within a reasonable time. Outlying territories are not considered part of a shipping zone.

Please note: We are unable to combine shipping on separate orders, and we are unable to change the delivery address to one in another country once your order has been paid.

Returns Information

If you find your purchase isn’t right for you, our quick and simple form makes registering a return easy. 

You must register a return before posting the item back to us, you have a period of 14 days after the date on which you receive the goods to notify us of your return. The return shipping will be at your own cost. For sale items, 2nd grade, 3rd grade or other special offer goods, you have a period of 7 days from receipt of the goods to notify us of your return..

Any returned goods must be in a new, unused and re-sellable condition with all labels attached and in their original packaging. If you are returning an item please ensure there is suitable compensation in case of loss or damage. We are unable to refund an order before it has arrived with us, or if it is soiled or damaged.

Please note: Custom orders, including group custom orders and semi-custom orders, are exempt from this policy – see our T&Cs.

Due to concerns about the Coronavirus in the UK and around the world, all returns will be held for 3 days before being checked and a refund issued. This will mean an increase in the time it takes to process returns. We thank you for your patience during this time. 

Returning due to a flaw

If your wrap has a flaw we may be able to send you a pre-paid returns label, so please contact us before returning goods if you believe your item to be flawed including a description of the issue, and if possible, a photo.

Any faulty goods will either be replaced or, if you prefer, you will receive a full refund, as well as a refund on your return postage costs providing you meet our requirements. All returns are checked before a decision is made to issue a refund or exchange.

Only items purchased directly from Oscha Slings are covered by this policy, and proof of purchase will be required when processing returns.
